HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016!
I spent the last weeks of 2015 in Washington DC having amazing experiences and reconnecting with old friends!
I was so excited to do a milonga scene for "Her Tango," a feature film I have been a part of. This was our final shoot! I can't wait to see the final product in a few months! (Yes, that's me in the black wig.)
I took my GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainer update with my Mentor and Networking Master Trainer, Tracy Monaco Reid (http://www.tracymonaco.com/)! It was such an inspiring course and my body felt fantastic! It reminded me why I love GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® exercise and why I love to share those benefits with others.
At Elements Fitness and Wellness Center where I had worked as a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Instructor and PT Aide, I got to reconnect with some of my old coworkers and friends and give some fun sessions to former clients! I also got to spend the holidays and my birthday with my close friends and wonderful family. It was 70 degrees on the East Coast. Meanwhile my cat Chloe froze in LA.
