FRANCESCA SAYS: These shoulder loops are so comfortable - I love the way the soft material feels and I love the color.  I also love that the loops are not very thick so it is comfortable in my armpits. I use these with my clients all the time and they love them. I put 10 - 15 lbs on each side.  It provides nice feedback for the arch and curl and in this orientation I feel the activation of my abdominals which is really nice.  The feedback of the weight helps me narrow because I need to have that full engagement through my spine in order to move with fluidity.  The straps on the shoulders also help me notice when I have tension in my shoulders and upper traps. When I finish with this series, I feel a wonderful openness in my shoulder girdle and ease in my neck.

FRANCESCA SAYS: These are really great for challenging sequences like the lower strap hamstring series! They really help my clients find internal symmetry and contrast, a wonderful GYROTONIC® principle in which one reaches through the spine or limbs in opposite directions to create stability.

The large double loop straps are so comfortable - nice and wide so they don’t cut into the arches - and they fit comfortably on bigger feet! Comfortable accessories allow you to focus better on the feeling of the movement.

FRANCESCA SAYS: I often use the gray soft fleece Long Sling, but I love the faux fur one too! Having the long sling around my hips is a wonderful tool to help me find length and unwinding with scoliosis.

When I work on Zoom on the GYROTONIC® Tower with clients, the accessories are a really great way for them to get physical feedback since I’m not there to give them a hands on.
